By creating an account or using AiCOO (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AiCOO provides AI-powered business-operations tools, including a desktop workspace, an online workbench, cloud knowledge access, and workflow automation. The Service works with third-party AI models that you connect using your own API key.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
You must provide a valid email address. Accounts are for individual or single-organisation use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Free plan — free to use, with the limits described on our pricing page. It does not expire and does not require a credit card.
Paid plans — billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or yearly).
Prices — shown in the currency presented at checkout (USD for international customers, CNY for customers in mainland China). Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your subscription.
Auto-renewal — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account by turning off auto-renewal, or by contacting support. Your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payment methods — PayPal, Alipay and WeChat Pay, through our payment processors.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; disrupt or overload the Service; resell the Service without our written permission; or use the Service to send spam or to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not use the Service to create, store or distribute content related to pornography, gambling, illegal products, violence, exploitation, or activities that promote illegal acts or fraud. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be terminated and access revoked without notice.
The Service connects to third-party AI providers using API keys that you supply and control. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for the API costs you incur with them.
You keep ownership of the content you create and store. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
AiCOO, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by the Company. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via our support channel.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
