Annual = Monthly × 12 × 0.8 — effectively 2.4 months free. The 20% first-order discount applies to monthly billing only; annual is already the 20%-off price and does not stack.

🎁 Invite discount: subscribe with a friend's invite code and get an extra 5% off on top of the 20% new-user discount for monthly (first order pays 76%), or an extra 5% on top of the 20% annual discount (first order pays 76%). Cloud storage for Advanced is customized per contract.

What differs: core roles (Agent + HR Agent) are included in every plan; plans differ in tool permissions and the knowledge base scope you can unlock. Knowledge base access opens tier by tier; higher plans include all lower tiers.

Subscription changes

One plan is active at a time. Upgrades take effect immediately; unused time on your current plan is not refunded or credited. Downgrades are queued and take effect when your current paid period ends; if you have several queued plans, they run in order. If you refund your current active plan, that plan ends and the next queued plan becomes active; if there is no queued plan, the account returns to Free. Refunding a queued plan only removes that queued plan and does not affect your current plan. We do not calculate prorated refund amounts for plan changes.

FAQ

Will the free plan ever be charged?

No. AiCOO Free is a free plan — usable long-term at no cost, with no automatic charges. Upgrading to a paid plan requires you to subscribe deliberately.

Can I switch between annual and monthly billing?

You can change your billing type within the first 7 days after your order expires.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your personal workspace is the shared work area for you and your AI — all data can be exported anytime (including one-click KnowKey packaging on the desktop app).

Do you offer team discounts?

For bulk enterprise purchases, contact us via the support ticket system for a custom plan.

Domestic users are billed in CNY; international users are billed in USD. The final amount shown at checkout applies.
