GumboMax is an AI COO (Chief Operations Officer) business operating system. A raw AI is like a smart intern with no work experience — it can finish tasks but forgets, doesn't plan proactively, and doesn't understand your business logic. GumboMax gives it a business brain.
After subscribing, you get a knowledge key (API Key) and a dedicated workspace (profile / file manager). Your AI uses this key to connect to the AICOO cloud business knowledge base and learns three things:
Project files are stored by convention. Even if the window crashes, reopen and align in one second — no need to re-explain.
Every task starts with a Definition of Done (DOD), proceeds step by step with logs — no skipping, no shortcuts.
Over 1-3 months of human-AI collaboration, the AI gradually understands your workflow, preferences, and goals, naturally forming a workflow that fits you.
Without AICOO:You have to teach everything first — how to store materials, how to break down tasks, which suggestions actually work in real business, and which are just theory. By the time all that is taught, the AI is barely usable. Most people don't have that time.
With AICOO:You just say what you need. For example: "Publish this video to my Douyin account" — your AI knows where to find account info, where the publish button is, which hashtags to use, which frame for the cover. Because every step is already loaded in the business knowledge base. You decide, AI does the rest.

AICOO is the system that makes your AI smarter — it is not the AI itself. You need your own AI (Claude, Codex, Workbuddy, etc.); AICOO gives it business operations capabilities.
The free plan includes all launched AI business features, but excludes AI base setup (Claude Code or Codex). Workspace storage is 1GB. API Key expires after 7 days. See Pricing for full comparison.
After subscribing, your API Key will be sent to your registered email. Self-service key management in the dashboard is coming soon.
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay (domestic users), and PayPal (international users). All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Each account's profile serves as your shared workspace / knowledge base with your AI. All data can be exported anytime. Data is cleared 30 days after account expiry. See our Privacy Policy.
