Overview

GumboMax is committed to providing high-quality AI business operations system services. We understand users need to fully understand the service before subscribing, and have established the following refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

First-time subscribers: Full refund available within 7 calendar days of first payment if not satisfied.

Auto-renewal: A reminder is sent to your registered email 3 days before renewal. Cancel anytime before the renewal date. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable once processed.

Service unavailability: If GumboMax platform causes continuous service interruption exceeding 72 hours, fees for the affected period will be refunded pro-rata.

Non-Refundable Situations

First-time subscription exceeding 7 days. Orders where service usage exceeds 50% of the subscription period. Users violating GumboMax Terms of Service.

3. Include: registered email, order number, refund reason

4. Review response within 3 business days

5. Refunds processed via original payment method; arrival time depends on payment platform
